Leadership that sets our high standards

Bob Probst, Company Founder—An 18-year Siemens CT service engineer decided to start a company that would leverage his knowledge of Siemens medical imaging equipment, service, and replacement parts. Bob was downsized in 1997. So, he pulled up his boot straps and used his experience to start Technical Prospects. Bob now has over 38 years in the medical imaging field and has created the largest Siemens imaging parts, training and support supplier in the world, next to Siemens themselves.



Jeremy Probst, President & CEO—Bob’s son took Technical Prospects to the next level using his industry knowledge and education with a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology management and a minor in electrical control systems and fluid power. He has spent over 19 years in the medical imaging and engineering field. Jeremy did his first de-install of a Siemens CT when he was 16 years old. He is now responsible for the overall operational & organizational success strategies of the company.



Steve Green, Vice President of Sales – Steve joined Technical Prospects in late 2018 with years of experience in sales, sales management and training in several industries, most extensively in the Healthcare Industry. Steve has brought experience in channel development and alignment which allows Technical Prospects to reach a larger audience and provide the services that best fit our customers’ business needs.



Thias Shefchik, Controller — Having joined Technical Prospects in 2018, Thias brought his experience in progressive financial leadership to the team. Tasked with the finance and IT success of the company, Thias uses forward-thinking to help manage costs and create desired outcomes for the company. He finds great satisfaction in helping make his customers successful, both internally and externally.



Kevin Brinkman, Director of Strategic Projects/Services—serves as an expert in Siemens Medical Imaging parts and equipment as he works to lead product repairs and quality-assurance testing while also managing Technical Prospects’ dedicated team of engineers. Kevin received a degree in electronic engineering technology from Fox Valley Technical College in 2002, and completed Initiative One Leadership Transformation Process coursework and Dale Carnegie Strictly Business classes.
