Inside Sales Representative

Technical Prospects is looking for an extraordinarily competitive, results oriented winner!

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop opportunities with new and current clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Maintain and record customer information and account activity within CRM system
  • Work closely with Technical Support and Business Development teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Be a “voice of the customer”
  • Create and manage sales quotes and sales presentations as necessary

  • Develops and implements short and long-term strategic sales plans, forecasts, and operating budgets to achieve company objectives
  • Actively coaches, trains and develops sales team
  • Play a hands-on role with the sales organization, maintaining personal presence and high visibility
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and key accounts, industry influencers/leaders, and key partners
  • Drive strategic initiatives as an important member of senior management team
  • Assist in driving change across the company
